“Only been here a month and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! If you love controlled chaos, this place is for you. Meaning living across the stadium with the games, events, concerts etc; almost happening everyday makes you feel like you’re on vacation. The community is amazing. The staff is incredible. Very nice and communicative. Lots of upgrades coming to the building. SO MANY FOOD PLACES. Very pet orientated. Even just an elevator ride, you’ll end up with a great conversation with your neighbor. The rooftop view is a vibe. The amenities are great! It’s definitely 5 stars in my book.”

“3 months in! Can’t have a better experience! The concierge team, Dylan and Nick, are always friendly and helpful. The leasing office staff is wonderful and responsive. And my favorite thing - the stunning view! Only wish to move even higher floors. But this absolutely already delights my day. The price is also reasonable. Highly recommend this apartment!”

“Wave resident for 3 years—The Wave is a good place to live! Location is convenient to use the Link, Sounder train, street car, bus system, or drive. Quick walk to Lumen field and T-mobile. It is crazy on game days but fine if you plan ahead. Big windows let in tons of light and the views are magnificent. Maintenance is responsive. Dylan and Jay are awesome! They do a lot of resident engagement activities which are fun. Elevator issues were prominent in the past year but hopefully resolved. You must like, or at least be comfortable with, dogs to live here as there are a lot of them. Rooftop spaces and common areas are nice. We’ve rented the spaces for events several times— always a hit. I imagine we’ll be here for awhile!”
